make me wonder, why this drama got so small rating at Korea.. and somehow I can feel the hype around the international fans.. it's such a great drama.. :)

Because in Korea the airtime is same with Lover in Moonlight and they prefer that series compare to Scarlet Heart Ryeo. some said because this series is already been adapted by Chinese drama before.

Because some people say the Chinese version isn’t as good and that be korean is better, it might take longer to finish everything. I really hope that there’s going to be a season 2 😭😭

One of the best korean drama I have seen. And the ost's of this drama are all sooo gooodd! It has been years but I kept coming back. I've watched this over and over again and cried over and over again.
Even after 2 years this drama makes it's way to my aching heart. This is one of the best Korean drama out there. I totally understand why it was not received well in Korea. The tragic love stories can't be well received by large number of people. But there's a huge number of viewers who can accept it. Well not everyone's love get Completed, There are more tragedies in love stories than the happy endings ... In my heart I hope there's another season so that there's a chance to those unfulfilled love stories to have some happy time. I'd love to see happy story after this heartbreaking, tragic yet amazing story. I hope the writer brings them all together with good n happy times to share... With equally great osts...
PS- The drama has best OSTs. Each and every one of these OSTs is a masterpiece...

I just finished watching this drama and I have to say that this is the best drama I have ever watched.. everything about this is great.. all the songs, ost, actors, the palace, nature etc. everything was amazing and the plot were really good!!! I cried so much and I still can't get it out of my mind. the songs are on repeat in my head and the characters are also in my head... I have never felt this way because of a drama! It's amazing that a drama can make one receive so many feelings.

Here's what i think: she was dragged into this world to find true love once again going through hardships that are much harder in our time now, her boyfriend that cheated on her with her best friend is joon ki so fate wrote her a story with the same person but from different era. The fact that she thought that wook is the one because she wanted someone to treat her that way in real life to be her protector but again "fate" somehow connected her and the 4th prince together because this is how it was supposed to be since the beginning "i mean in the beginning even before she went to Goryo " then she will change the 4th prince from becoming an evil king to a kind one and then she will return to the real world to find that the 4th prince is actually her boyfriend !!

So eventually falls in love with him too after she sees he is a good guy....
8th prince will be the bad one in the story, he has 2 sides the polite one and the evil one... He just show it on the 9 ep when he said "there is a another chair he needs to be seated on"
