- A quick guide of how to run a global scan and then activate cruise control using diagbox, there are two menus where the cruise must be configured these are in the BSI and then engine ECU.

If you're not allowed through on the config page, change your version to an older diagbox before internet coding was compulsory, try V7.57 for example.
Hello @StevenLewis-HDI-Tuning, I have Peugeot 2008 GT Line (year 2020) automatic diesel with full equipment, active safety brake (radar+camera), parking sensors, blind spot monitoring. I don't have active cruise control and full parking assist. Is it possible to unlock these 2 features with DiagBox? Thank you in advance
@@Janchek1992 it probably is, but you'll probably need the most up to date version which would mean a trip to the dealer. I found it won't let us do config in new stuff without an internet connection to PSA
Hi great video. In my case I bought a seocnd hand citroen with the cruise control you describe. However cruise control only works on 3rd and 4th gear. My theory is that it doe snot work on 5th because the previous owner changed the gearbox (he told me so). Therefore I need to change the ECU to identify the new gearbox so it can calculate the right revs per speed.
Can you make a video doing that?

I get the error "adaptive cruise control failure" and "collision risk detection system failure". Is it the same as your problem? Can it be fixed with lexia3?
I think the front ACC radar sensor needs to be calibrated. Is this possible with lexia3?

My friend, it is the same ecu EDC16C3 1.4 HDI, 2003 model BSI computer coding is ok, but Cruise control RVV does not appear in the menu in the engine computer, can you help me, what do you recommend me to do, is the vehicle not supported?
@@bnyo it's not an option in that SW, you could try fitting a newer 1.4 ECU where it was possible, but then it will also use a different bsi so might not be so easy to do that

Yes most likely it will work as these ECUs usually have the cruise control software inside already
it works for 206+ 1.1 2009 petrol with 4 acc cables and 2 clutch cables
it works on any peugeot

When i drive and go in fifth gear cruise control works...but when i shift up in sixth gear cruise control turns off.... What can be the problem with this??
@@PANTER1389 was the problem always there since you owned the car, or a new fault? Are any faults stored in any of the modules?

@@PANTER1389 and you scanned for faults in all modules? Seems like maybe a difference in gearbox speed sensor Vs abs speed sensor, do you have the original size wheels?

Hey bro, I'm running into a problem, each time I try to activate it on Diagbox 7.57 it tells me "secure configuration not authorised invalid key". It doesn't even ask for a key, it just says invalid. Any idea how I can fix this? Thanks

See if there are any more options in the dash and in the bsi menus. Sometimes you need a different brake switch to make it work.

In the 2nd part ecu, after changing to present, the updating is failed. Any idea? Tips

@@dzcars9434 Hi, excuse for late respons. I succeeded with version 7.02. Try with this. Higher version kept crashing when activating ECU, lower version its activated.

Yes there is a way, I have a feeling that's only possible on vans as you don't normally see the menu. Have a look around, you should find it. It's in 2 or 3 locations, engine ecu bsi, then somewhere else in the bsi, that's what I remember from the last time i turned one off but that was a long time ago now.
Hello all, I've retrofitted cruise control into my 207 auto and it instantly turns off after switching it on the only issue I can see is that it thinks the clutch is constantly pressed. Will I have to add a clutch sensor or how do I get around this? I have configured it in BSI and engine
Try fitting the correct double brake switch

@@kyleprueitt6592 did you set clutch switch not present in engine ecu configuration? Not sure if that's an option on this one.

Thank you for your reply. I have 2014 peugeot partner, now installed the v 09.129 and same problem. BSI step no problem. But after entering ECU and Manual configuration i have 3 options :
ECU downloading, Injectors classification and Cinfigurable vehicke speed governed. I entered all 3, no chance. So i kinda cannot enter BSI alteady on 2 programs 🙁

Hi mate, just looking for a bit of clarity in regards to the diagnostic tool.
I've got a 2007 citreon xsara picasso which I'm trying to stop the new second radio I installed beeping and also try to get the cruise control working.
Is the diagnostic tool in the link going to be compatible with my vehicle? also I only have a laptop with windows 11 installed, I've read It needs to be an older version of Windows for it to work. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Windows 10 with all antivirus and protection removed don't do this on your daily laptop the cracked software is full of viruses

I think I can download and revert back to windows 10 on my laptop, if I use the software just to do the jobs, then I can wipe the harddrive and restore my windows 11. Hopefully this mitigates the viruses as it is my only laptop.
Just another question, is there any other reason you can think of why my CC isn't working? like I said, it's not a retrofit, it was already installed in the car when I got it. I've also changed the break/clutch switch. My stick doesn't have a speed limiter, it just has an on/off. No light appears on the dash if I turn on. I don't know if that's normal and it just turns on when the CC is engaged.
Is it just a case that even if all the components are installed there's a chance it's not been activated?
Also, are you based in London? (or near) if you wanted to send me a quote to look at the CC and radio beep, that would be ideal for me.
@@andrewwalker9479 probably there is a fault stored for something in one of the modules so cruise won't work

Hello Steven, I did all of that in pp2000, I think I should wire the brake 4 pin switch to the ecu, do you know what are the pins I should conect to the switch? Thanks a lot.
I think you fit a different switch and no wiring is required. I've never done it, so not too sure sorry.

My ECU is not telling diag box what type of ECU it is so I cant activate CC in the ECU : .(
Did it detect the VIN of the car at the start? Usually if it doesn't know the ecu type you simply select it manually.

I have a 207 1.6 HDI 8V with the EDC17c10. I can code the BSI but not the ECU with Diagbox 9.15 because it wants to "phone home" first. Does it work without internet connection in the older Diagbox versions?

For pp2000 you need xp, diagbox works on windows 10
I brought the thing using your amazon link (some cables and CD). I put the CD into the PC and there is a "Lexia 3" for citroen, and pp2000 for peugeot, but none of them work
So, which other diagbox is needed?

I have noticed that my windows was updated to the 11 version, then i have installed 10 and currently i am running the instalation for the diagbox.

You mean the software is stuck? Try a better computer maybe
