It depends on how much time you dedicate to your search. If you can refresh daft and other property websites every 5 mins and reach out to the agent as soon as possible, you should be fine. Make sure to not rely on just property websites. Use the agent’s name from the advertisement and contact them separately on their website as well. Good luck with your house hunting 👍

Carrying some experience is an advantage as it might help you to get job within that domain. Being a graduate all you can do is just keep applying for all the jobs no matter what is the position and you land yourself into a role which all depends on your luck.

Hi. Thanks for reaching out to us. Getting a job in marketing without any prior experience can be quite tricky because when organisations look to employ marketing professionals they want them to deliver on KPIs and that is only possible when you have got the right technical expertise. Sales or Accounting is still a better avenue rather than marketing because the number of graduate roles in those fields is generally higher than other domains. You can take M.Sc Management course which covers all aspects like marketing, finance, accounting etc and that will broaden your scope to find a suitable job.
Also, I have heard that UK government is thinking to go back to 6 months stay back visa. So Ireland is still a better choice than UK.
