I haven't tried her method, I usually slice cover with olive oil , Italian seasoning parmesan cheese and garlic powder and vacuum seal and freeze .

Yes I do freeze them here in UAE. Lemon juice too .u can store in small containers..

Yeah definitely I would cut into 2 pieces and freeze. But if you don't have time you can freeze whole cherry tomato.👍😊

I do almost exactly as your doing BUT I REMOVE the SEEDS.
For those who are wondering why they need to be frozen SEPARATELY in small prices, it make it much easier to get only what you NEED at a time ... unlike when it's a big block of frozen tomatoes bits.
