Watching from Milwaukee, WI. I listen every Friday, and I'm going back and listening to old awards blend episodes. I'm ready for a meeting up in Chicago!

Listening from Appleton, Wisconsin! I typically listen on Spotify. Appreciated the shoutout on the blend game a few weeks ago!
Hoping to figure out how to get into this field because I go to enough movies a month that I want to do something more with my visits 😅

Good Show guys! Representing from Burbank, California. Excited for the movies coming out this summer! Oppenheimer is #1 for me. Runners up are Indy (I hope they don't screw it up), and Asteroid City. I will definitely be seeing Barbie and Mission Impossible as well! Should be fun.

I saw it! what a fun time. I could totally see the characters doing a TV show, they have that ensemble energy that makes for good tv.

Awesome podcast guys ! I know it sounds insane and I sound like a lunatic, but from what I have seen of the Flash and from Sean’s reaction, I can actually see a reality in which Ezra actually shows up as Flash again, even all of the bizarre behaviour notwithstanding. I don’t care about the BTS bullsh** but, in terms of the actual film, IF it is good and IF it makes a ton of money, I can see a future where Ezra shows back up. Call me crazy!

I thought the movie had a LOT of man hating parts, she went from being a girl with ambition to a modern feminist that that dislikes men, saying men are just handed things and the world bows to them, and this as she brings down a guy during karate practice symbolizing the fall of the oppressive "man's world". She looked like a vengeful and jealous person, proceeding to breaking and entering into the man's home to frame him for something he didn't do without any evidence just the never wrong "Bad b!tch" gut feeling. Trying to push parallelisms between female empowerment = trashing men.
It also felt like another "woke" product hating on marriage and placing traditional values in a dark light. Basically implying any person that wants to get married and start a family is not chasing their dreams and throwing their life away.
Relentless attempt from "Woke" modern media to eradicate all the old values and ironically using dark ages techniques of throw "rocks" and "cabbages" at the old and traditional. There are so many ways to have the main characters evolve to being happy without the hyperbolized symbolisms of destroying a wedding, kicking masculinity in the nuggets and escaping the "choke" of society and showing it as the only way for these girls to be happy and freely dance in the rooftop.
I did like how the character was persistent with her dream and she did not stop at trying to contact her role model despite many failed attempts. I liked her confidence at standing up to a bully much bigger than her and continue to fight.
I really liked the love she showed for her family especially her sister, she was able to gain the respect and form a bond with the other girl despite not seeing eye to eye with her. Movie showed that you can enjoy the simple things in life and a precious moment can even be in a burger at a fast food place.
