- Today we are looking at a LEGO speed build of my medieval moc, "The Woodcutter's Cottage". This used a smaller structure that was originally meant for "Revenge of Rylock the Red" but didn't end up fitting "the vibe" I wanted, so I used it here instead!

I'm a big tiles fan and always like to smooth off surfaces but that base is fantastic, the texture added by studs really works. The buildings walls too are lovely, very parts intensive but worth it 😊

I love your layout and how you did the uneven edging around the build base. Like it was torn right out of the ground and put on display. The texturizing of the landscape on point.

Great build, do you use studio before building?
@Oilcountry89 thanks so much! I don't use studio and I don't do much pre-planning. I like building "old fashion" and sit around with a bunch of parts and see what happens 🤣
