How did you secure the cat flap and attached tunnel to the inside wall? I've bought what looks to be same one and there isn't any holes to fix on inside. Thanks
Terrible execution.... thats the reason the wifes dont like hubby projects.... you should start from the outside, and first delimiting the border with a chisel and hammer, then later you can drill and chisel all you want... then at the very end you cut the inside with the hand saw and voila !! minimal dust and perfect borders on both sides

Why so near the radiator. The background sound is awful. I see out side you were avoiding drilling the heavy duty wall. Still could of been further from the radiator.
You need a better drill, and a hammer drill, and better drilling skills :-) Oh you got the hammer drill finally. And of course , always work from the nice side of the wall (the outside).
Why did you not also drill from the outside to avoid chipping off the stucco ? why have you marked the outside wall ? Allover it's not a bad video, but you should explore more before you try to teach the wrong way to proceed bro

That's a really neat thing to do for your cat. But if I was you I'd put a camera on the outside wall facing the catflap for added security.
