Create a cartoon with the Pen tool - Biggie Smalls

In this video I'm going to show you how to create a simple cartoon of The Notorious B.I.G (Biggie Smalls).
I'm using Photoshop CS6 (default settings) The output is a raster image, PNG format (not vector).
