Philip, you will not believe this is the same person when he is off stage, 100x more cute, humble, shy, cheerful but super mature thinking. He live what he sing in this song, his producer once told him why not we arrange the song you write in a more approachable/easy way for public? He said this is the way I do music and if they like it, they will accept it. He is very easy going on daily life but no toleration when come to music, no one can change his music.
He can do diversity music, he's the treasure of musicality. You never know what to expect with him, one day he does rock song, next time he does a love song , he raps ,he sang ballad, opera ,or psychedelic music. He always something new and different, he dares to explore new music.

His stage presence is wonderful. And his music is very catchy. Hua Chenyu is definitely my favorite singer and artist.

Hello Hua Chenyu is the shit! He's my favorite artist. Yes, he is an Artist as you will soon learn. He can sing any song type and he puts 100% into it! For fast paced song check out "Nunchucks" for a slower deep song check out "Child" my personal fav. And to see true Artistry before your eyes watch "Fake Monk!" He blows my mind and you never seen anything like it!!
It's obvious that he has a HUGE following there. The entire audience knows the song and sings along, on command. He just says "SING!" and they are right there. Every song that I have heard that has English subtitles I have been touched by the message. Please find the song called "Miss You Papa" (or something like that). It will tear you up.

A lot ppl didn't know he is actually a rocker.. yes He doesn't care whether his company, the market n others cab accept his music, he just want to be himself n do the music he likes, not to follow the trend of the markets. He once said his music is for others to listen not to sing. Anyway we hv hard time singing his song.. not easy.

Hi Phillip, i love your reaction. Hua is a really amazing performer. Please react to his next song Qi Tian-Wukong Singer 2018. You will see the man dressed in white, who was supposed to rap, but when he heard Hua's singing he remained silent through the entire performance.
The man in white actually is actually read out a buddist chant which believe can lock the monkey King (Wukong) under the mountain, long story short,the man in white is adding the base to the song Wukong, very cool effect and idea as the song is a theme song for movie "Monkey King"

I enjoyed your reaction so much, I watched it 3 times. It was nice to see a sincere reaction to Hua's singing and most especially to the lyrics. I admit to skipping reactors who kind of like... exaggerate their reactions to his music.
