i generally can't sit through most k-dramas because of their melodramatic and unrealistic nature but 'itaewon class' was one of the most satisfying series i have ever seen

Man Itaewon Class was like the gateway that opened to me Kdramas. I remember when the whole world was in COVID lockdown, so I decided to give this show a try (after my cousin recommended it) and oh man it did not disappoint. It's been 2 years since the drama came out, and I've watched many kdramas since, but this one will always hold a special place in my heart

I'm not into series. Since I lost my mom due to Covid, the circumstances were really sad and can´t avoid thinking how she felt and if I could do something more for her. I remember her everyday but since my last thoughts are when she is at the hospital, the last months I try to keep me busy, I learned a lot of things, like Portuguese and now a little French, get my driver licence and read a lot.
I think listening random songs on TH-cam I read a comment about this serie and decided to give it a try. It wasn´t what I expected, I always thought it would be a little cheesy and unrealistic, but this shows me as a final message always be determined and make my loved ones feel proud of me by achieving success and being happy in life. The songs are good, even if I don´t understand most of them, I like the melody so now I listen this while working.

I'm not a fan of kdrama until I watched and finished the whole season. Got hooked and this hit me hard, now I can't wait for season 2. I can't move on with Park Saeroyi, I'm in love haha... Been playing the OST the whole time and just think of this guy.

Great show/drama. I loved Yiseo as awkward and cold she seemed in the first episodes. She was true to herself and the man that she recognized had potential and most of all for the wonderful man that he was despite the countless struggles that life had abundantly given to him. Listening to Someday, the Boy fits Saeroyi in every aspect of his life, personality and character. I am so happy he realized who his true woman for life was. They made such a great pair.

To me,"Itaewon Class" is a masterpiece. The acting,Park Seo Jun in particular,the story,the cinematography,the soundtrack.Every thing about it was a standout and perfection.I loved every minute of it.
This drama will always be in my heart because when this was the first drama I watched and realized that k-dramas are amazing. After I watched this one when I was eight, I started watching more like cheese in the trap, Reply 1988, and Crash landing on you. Thank you itaewon class.

Can't stop my emotion when I hear still fighting it, I always remember that episode when saeroyi's dad was dead and it reminded me of my dad who passed away 12 years ago.
Ive never rooted for a couple so hardcore than in this kdrama. It was produced perfectly and the actors were so talented. I very much enjoyed the message behind this story and the music is amazing

I alredy finish the whole episode of Itaewon Class and yet it is so amazing. The song "Still Fighting It" got my attention, this sing is so painful. Most kdramas seem to come up with a concept then flesh it out over time; IC feels like an actual journey where every scene counts.
The songs were just so beautifully written and so appropriate for this moving and powerful KDrama. Simply unforgetful.
