Had a similar issue where my Pioneer receiver was making a constant clicking sound and the network light would flash. Found it was a blown fuse. Replaced and all good now!
I have a similar issue but unplugging this wifi/Bluetooth module did not fix it. Still just flashes the network light when I plug in and hear the same clicking from the same black box section in this video. The receiver shut itself off when I accidentally blasted the music from my phone and won't turn on again
Ok now youre in even better luck my friend! You can remove 1 of them network wifi/Bluetooth chip from a spare Laptop!. This will give you the ability to cheaply replace that card!
Congrats my friend. Now initializing means the Main Chip is processing all other Chipsets and inputs. Also if you're lowend frequencies were close enough to the amplifier you may have shook the chip causing a short throwing the Amplifier to go in protect. Also the unit would be Plug & Play leaving the factory, you shouldn't have had to go through the disclaimer due to you possibly not having a Tv when installing.
they are designed to fail . thats why new audio is so garbage . the part that went in yours is the wifi card they are designed for laptops . the other part that gos on all them is the texas instrament digital chip . it over heats so put a cooler on it and it will last longer .

That module is the modem for both Wi-Fi and blu-tooth.
Mine turns on for 30 seconds and shuts off. I have to do Enter + Advanced button to reset it. Then it will still do it all over again. Sucks!

I've had that issue. For me, my fix was the dimmer feature. It actually dims the display to completely dark. Hope your fix is as easy
