Empire and imperialism ..
A form of territorial control and domination exercised by a dominant state or group over subordinated region or territories . Informal empire refers to the situation when a state or group of state do control on other indirectly .
Empire refers to the situation of the hagenony by the group of state or single state
Imperialism .. ur is the directly or indirectly contro on the other state by some state or group of state politically , economically etc .
Colonialism it refers to the direct control on the state . Like in today time nei imperialism can be seen where indirect control through trade etc .

Imperial decline and transformation there are lot of Empire come but decline also happens like the British empire etc and informal empire of America also change .
Empire .. major pilot unit or single sovereign unit who do control of the great territory or property through formal annexation or various form of informal annexation .
It is may be formal or informal domination which means direct or indirectly through hagenony , dominance and power
