Noticed David gave into a Philistine alliance which appears to have been ultimately broken up by the Lord based on certain events out of the control of David.... The end result still required action on Davids part when he took back what the enemy stole. The Philistines apparently descended from Ham.1 Chronicles 1:8-12. They had Nimrod in their bloodline.
