Chumba Bikes: Ultraracing Offseason and 2023 Plans for Alexandera Houhcin

After completing the AZTR in November, Alexandera has been taking time off the bike. She’s been hiking to the top of some mountains in Southern Arizona, processing food she grew on her reservation in the Fond du Lac Tribal community kitchen, spending time with her brother and his family in southern Wisconsin, flying with her mother to Phoenix, surfing in Baja, Mexico, playing baaga’adewewin on the reservation, beading, rock climbing and having lots of conversations with potential sponsors for the 2023 race season! She’s finally going to race all three of the Triple Crown races in a calendar year! Stay tuned to follow along with her training journey.
