Thanks for the video Damien, enjoyed watching. You just never know what you’re going to see when out and about. Saw my first Blackcap yesterday in my local park with Binos, left camera at home but too far away anyway. Never seen a Lesser spotted only greater spotted that visits our garden every day 😊 photographed a Dipper in Norfolk quite a few years ago, they are so amazing to watch. Keep em coming. Cheers Doug
Heya Doug, thank you so much for watching and you're right, you never know what's coming up next 🐦 This trip was a real lesson in patience and perseverance
There’s a great little spot up stream of where you’re sat on the bench where the dippers pause on the rocks in the water. You can tuck yourself in the bank down on the waterline quite well.
Mate, so glad you ended up getting a dipper! But regardless of that, getting marsh tits, lesser spotted woodpecker - what a day! I've never even seen a LSW so I'm very jealous. Lovely video pal
Hi my friend Mandarin ducks you will find the are migrating from the midlands down to rivers like the seven to breed they have been doing since the 1940’s maybe earlier you can thank those flash Victorians as they had them on there posh estates I love them hope you. Get your dipper 👍
Heya! Thank you for the lovely insight ☺️ Not to spoil anything too much but I may have finally got my Dipper, all to be revealed in an upcoming video 😀
Lesser spotted is a nice find, congrats.
Got so lucky with that one, cheers!
