I don’t think 173 would be sans, it’d be Dr, bright, think about it, they can just come back through 963, fully aware of all past deaths (like with sans and resets), is a joker, and is probably one off the deadliest SCPs (just look at the not allowed to do list, He’s killed at least 50 people and tried to put 447 on 5 of them)
