    I found this video a day after my beloved cat died, not knowing what to feel, too trivial to share as to some she is just a pet, but so profound and heartbreaking to those who loved her as much as I did. Every time I listen to the music in this video and try to dance it somehow brings me through whatever I need to grieve.
    thanks for sharing

      I lost my feline soul mate 9 years ago. Still feel his loss. We have four amazing cats, love them all, and every animal companion I've lost, I carry with me. It does feel like most people belittle the loss, likely because the connection just isn't as deep for them.
      I'm so sorry for your loss. Grieve as hard and long as you need to. But I do feel we meet them again one day. ❤

      @NoraM-m5d 2 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      I truly belive your beautiful cat is still with you. I was completely heartbroken as I lost my cats. The more you love , the more it hurts.
      They aren't less worth than we are. They are just different. Unfortunately a lot of people don't see it like that. You will always miss her, but with time you'll learn to live with it. My heart goes out to you. ❤

      I'm sorry you lost her. And it's not trivial at all. Such lovely creatures❤take care.

    • @MorganAntoinette

      Agree with these comments… not trivial at all. It takes one second of change in life to profoundly impact us in ways we can never anticipate. You shared love, life, emotional connection and a deep bond with another living soul; to suddenly lose that relationship isn’t minor, but a deeply impactful shift in your life. We all have different ranges of compassion, different depths of understanding and varying degrees of emotional maturity. You happen to have a more delicately calibrated heart, awareness, and a keenly attuned sense of life and the energy around you. Don’t diminish that by how callous the world around you is in comparison. Keep that light, hold onto those beautiful memories- that makes you unique, makes you specifically YOU. I’ll pray for your peace and know that others can appreciate your loss and need in this time. ❤ {hugz}

    Hi Eric, I also grew up dancing, and am always trying to find ways to allow it to seep into my everyday. Dance is beyond, it takes you beyond, and it is healing. In my time of life, and getting to know life and all it's crevices, and beauty, I find your video and description to hit deeply. I have found through meditation I am able to find the calm that is everpresent and find soft side of it all. This video reminds me I am not alone in that search and the soft side that is dance! Thank you for sharing and being alive, your presence is deeply appreciated. From a fellow to soul to your soul, may we continue to dance through it all!

    Hello :)...I only started to play your video on this nice Friday evening somewhere in the UK, when my depressive mood was about to creep in after spending 3 days with my fam and now being alone in my empty house. However, the title of this video was enough for me to know that somewhere there, far away, are people who love same music like me, being sometimes sad and lost like me, dream about love and harmony in the world and love amazing music. I'm saying hello to all who will feel my comment. Dont know you, but love you. We are all the same ❤

    My interpretation before reading video description.
    I feel this dance means he is doing several things:
    1. Making sense of how his life came to be. Self reflection.
    2. Trying to accept how his life or goals turned out.
    3. Healing himself and trying to be positive.
    4. Never denying how his life unravelled in ways he never wanted.
    5. He see's these meditative dance experiences as a way to get back his dignity and nurture his soul.

    Hey! My name is also Eric and I've been relistening to SAW 2 lately every day for inspiration and i also have a meditation practice and love dancing. this just came up through my algorithm but i must say, you're a very skilled dancer and it's beautiful to see such dances to one of my favorite artists at this point in time! Really, this is such a brilliant idea. I never listened to slothscrape before watching this and it seems like in your dance to it, you're kind of unknotting yourself, which is a really awesome concept to explore and you do it well! Overall, I like how you dropped into stillness before everything and I will invite a similar approach to feel more comfortable and open when I'm about to dance. I love just allowing movements to pass through me naturally without judgement; it's so revitalizing and connects one to themselves.

    Free flowing movement, such spontaneity. Solid grounded pillar, rigid and eternally motionless. Visual polarity!

    So expressive and inspiring. It's beautiful to see meditation finding it's way through us. Thank you for sharing these moments.

    Love it. All parts of this. MUSIC. MOVEMENT. VISUAL PART.

    I love to dance, expressional, interpretive movements are healing, and help let go of stagnent energies. I am not a dancer but find myself expressing in free flowing movement, like the flow of water or the leaves in the wind. Our bodies are part of that nature.

    this was inspiring. it is wonderful to recognize myself in you and know that many of us feel this urge to move intentionally, to process whatever that's within. much love

    A beautiful form of self expression and also a seemingly very effective way to process some of the things going on within us. I'm inspired to try it myself.

    this was so inspiring for me. I have a hard time slowing down, especially when it feels like everything moves so fast. I also love ambient music, meditation, and dancing. I had just sat my phone down and turned on my computer when i asked myself - "if I'm not online, what am I supposed to be doing?", and I found this video. Thank you for sharing
