For all of the comments about Matt's blackjack play, he played EVERY HAND TODAY CORRECTLY! Stop with the nonsense of standing on 12-16 vs high up cards. Card counting or any other advantage play aside, you ABSOLUTELY hit those hands vs a 7-A up. The only exception is to STAND on a 3 or more card 16 vs 10, especially if there are 4's and 5's dealt out.
