Hi Tom love Your videos. a Farmers life is hard hats of to you and your dad and the crew who help. besides watching your vids I listen to talkbacks
Hi Tom another great video. Looks like I'm not the only one who's switched onto the wooly hat. I love watching the banter with you an your dad. I really miss it with my dad as they retired last year. Silage time was best me on on the baler dad on the wrapper. Real happy days. I'm nearly full time on the tractors an I usually listen to either smooth or heart radio or I made a playlist on my TH-cam channel called tractor music. Little tip I picked up on them spreaders as it emptys keep the back door just above the muck. Stops it throwing muck back into the spreader and also helps reduce the brown trouser moments when it throws a stone at the back of the tractor
H.S AGRICULTURAL i like heart 😀 when a stone goes through.. holy moly it’s scary hahah
Good way to wake u up though😂
🙈heart must be the tractor drivers best station... I have it on as well 😂😂.
You made a wonderful video. Your videos are great to watch. High quality vids but most important they're fun to watch. You and your dad seems to be such nice people and you both make my day to good one. Thanks. Have a nice day both of you.
Your spreading up and down is spot on Tom. Your land is nice and flat so really you are doing it the best way. Its what we do. Keep up the good work with the videos. Radio2 or local West sound is my sounds
Good video and nice music and spreading along. Nice drone viewing.
I've worked in the farms from young age n I do know how hard job is
So Respect to you all
Great video. Love to see the smaller tractors (885 and Hurliman ) on the bigger machines. Just shows you don't need 200hp on everything!
John Holsey Hahahah yes!
I go up and down field and start furthest away from field so any muck or anything spins off in field keeping roads tidy till last load or two so keeping that to a minimum and turn bed off when turning and do headlands at end so it’s spread nice and even and everything stays clean so customers are happy although I do it quite a lot so that’s my method
Great farming video Tom, putting goodness back on the land!
Amazing video as always so many different pieces of kit as a none farmer it’s fascinating. Keep the videos coming and Happy Farming
Tom. Love your sound track! Keep it coming!
Once again I am here.. Watching you spread shit on the fields.
Have a good weekend!
great video tom and well done on your award !!!! well deserved
louis sarsfield Thankyou 😀
When I'm driving my car, I listen to some of your Playlists. I have to reduce the screen or I want to look at it! But I can get some good audio- only time from your channel. Building the Cow barn was a must-watch, though. After driving. Lol!
We have an old massy Ferguson dung spreader we don’t have a lot of cows during the winter maybe 80 odd plus wee have a slatted shed so twice a year we spread the muck but it keeps us busy lol
Very good video Tom keep up the good work we your DAD.
Hi tom(Britains best young framer) nice to see not all jobs are good on the farm nice weather for spreading hope alls well nice to see the old man is doing well hows the puppy keep up the hard work tom 👍🐄🐄
00networker/TeamHtDh-Uk She is do not well, jo is looking after her really well while I’m away 😀
Tom Pemberton Farm Life poor girl hope she gets well soon well done jo 👍
Reminds me of the Wurzells about muck spreading. Good video again Tom. Pleasure to see Ginger Ninja keeping you on your toes, keep up the good work.
Great video again tom. Those are some serious muck spreaders.
Amazing video as always tom. If you ever get a chance to pick up one of those gen 1 Massey 6400 series like a 6465 or something you should. They are the comfiest and economical tractor out the I would say. And if you want more power you can get an ecu from a bigger tractor like the 6480 (as long as it's the same generation) and put it in a smaller Massey of the same era.
I love the music on this one.🌞🌞🌞
Great video mate turned out just grand looking forward to next week already tom all the best
Two mucks is better then one . Get liquid with one and solid with the other two cool. Like we always say kill two birds with one stone don’t take a long between milking and mucking and feeding . Love the video and you got your tractor back good.
I just love your videos Tom thumbs up for you
SMOOTH!!! 😤I always listen to heart! Great vid anyway
Tip if you see daylight out the back drop the back bored just to the top of the muck stops stones flying through the window
Ducks in the ditch!!! Wow!!! I didn't know they were on the farm all year. I thought they were migratory and were only there during early Fall.
Awesome video as usual. Can't wait for Tuesday again
Good video as usual tom
Loved the video. I've been spreading muck for last 2 weeks with our tiny 4 ton spreader. Also there's not alot of time i can spend on that every day so its frustrating seeing how long it takes. Hope to get a 10 to 15 ton spreader for next season.
I'd suggest constantly changing position of back of the seat, it really helps me with the back. The idea is that you don't overwork the same muscles. Might no be as comfortable at that moment but it pays off in the end for me.
matains88 yeah my back was in bits, struggle to tractor drive for long times
I know from the look of the fields you have straight rectangular ones like the one you are spreading in, but considering you have done the subsoiling in the fields your spreading, your driving along the same lines that you did with the subsoiler.... which if you did this with mowing raking and all the rest of the tractor work you’ll be compacting the same area over and over again, have you considered going on a slightly different angle on each job you do in a field? It won’t stop compaction but can help prevent it...... which could help with drainage if the subsoil isn’t as compact
Jammy Dodgy I agree to a point, you just try to do a field the quickest way. Just hard to get it all roght
You and me are completely different! I can sit in a tractor all day everyday no problem! Good vid like always!!!
Edward Martin hahaha it hurts my back 😂
As you’re coming to the end of your load with a rear discharge spreader, use the back door to cover the augers. This will stop any stones or rocks from flicking back and smashing the windows on the tractor. 🤙
Keep calm and carry on farming Good tip!
Great video as usual Tom 👍🏻 Little tip , open rear door as you near to start spreading and you’ll be surprised how much time you’ll save by not staying stationary waiting for door to open and yes like others have said keep door level with muck to stop the ass twitching of a stone flying at cab back window 🤣💩💩🚜💨
Clodbuster 69 I was always told to start the PTO before opening the back door?
Good practice to start with the pto but if you have nice solid muck you can get away opening up as clodbuster said but definitely close the door down with the muck and keep the window closed while spreading as its amazing how objects get over the guard in the front and hit the windows sometimes as i have learnt in the past 🙈😅 but good job keep it up tom 👍
Hey tom love your channel mate, tip for smooth slo-mo record at 120 FPS and you will have lovely smooth slow motion, you probably already know this keep up the good work 👍
You guys are so lucky. We can only spread manure from the 15th of February till September it is much a bomber
i did loads of fencing at that farm your spreading from the other year. also been tanking some of those fields this past week
@DickEr Down Why Does It matter? It's The Internet!
DickEr Down ur a ryt prick
Nice video tom, it's never easy jumping in and out of tractors and film it. I end up jumping in and out of trsftors when I'm loading into the barrel spreader then driving the spreader tractor. Seems to take twice as long by my self.
Casto maybe even longer
So pleased my friend told me about this epic channel keep up the amazing work tom! 👍
Henryellis 25 🙌🙌🙌🙌
hi tom another nice video any chance of an update on why you hung those branches up in the calf shed .
colm kil there to stop the spread and kill ring worm
Arishia no holy branches naturally prevent wringworm don’t know how I just know that it does
Another amazing video as usual I love that massey

I used to be a tractor driver, ploughing about 1400 acres, up&down, up&down for days, weeks and months. Twenty years later I don't know how I managed it then either.

Have you ever used green waste compost before and is there any local farmers that do?
Dan Hodges never have used it
@@TomPembertonFarmLife do you know if any farmers in the area do composting operation
hi nice video we mainly do slurry, but we do some muck spreading with our twin axle side spreader aswell. I usually listen to spin south West, which is the station for the tunes here in South of Ireland. yet again I love the different shade of red👌 (MF).

We have a new manitou,it replaces a tractor on our farm, you wouldnt regret a new manitou a promise you😉
R de Kort I know!!
The best way to spread dung I probably straight runs up and down the feild then headland at he end
Gareth 6140 I think your right
Nb only used a rear discharge once but was told to straights first and when I was spreading slurry at work it was handier doing the straights
