- Captured here is a collection of videos showing the Renton Fire Department responding to various emergency calls from Fire Station 11 in the city center.
Renton F.D. is now officially known as the 'Renton Regional Fire Authority' (RFA) although Station 11 as well as some of the older vehicles still display Renton Fire Department. Special thanks to the friendly firefighters and paramedics of Renton for welcoming my friend @Firescue112 and myself into their station in the summer of 2018!

I love how he flinched at 1:06 and 3:17
That’s how you know it’s an authentic TGG video 😉🙃🤪
@@TGGGlobalEmergencyResponses Hahaha
Super Good Filming. Excellent Fire Engines & Fantastic Ambulance They All Have Awesome Lights & Great Sirens.
Thank you very much! I especially like the siren on the medic unit. 👍🏼
Can't wait for there new ladder to show. Up
Do you know when that’s gonna be in service?
No not sure yet but it's done
Don’t worry mate, once when I was filming a fire truck it sounded its horn with its siren, I ended up getting scared a little and fell on the road, also why is there a gun store next to a fire station
Haha it happens man. Well it’s the US, they love their guns...
TGG - Global Emergency Responses I have no idea how you pay to get to different countries and that.
Nice video!
Thank you!
Less zooming would help reduce a lot of the shake, but otherwise I really enjoyed it! Your videos are fun to watch!
Thank you very much! Yes you’re right, that’s the downside of using a DSLR with a zoom lens. I want to be as close as possible to the action, but it decreases the stability of the shot. However these clips were taken over a year ago and I think I have improved a few things since then 😅
Awesome footage! Geez the Medic One Siren was loud lol! The Aid Unit looks awesome too!
Thank you!! Haha yea the medic got me GOOD... 😆🤪
3:17 The person is surprised, the camera shook...
Thank you Captain Obvious... 😂
nice job 👌
Thank you!
Engine 11, that's a nice bit of kit!
Agreed ;)
Great footage - looks like a very productive day there!
Thank you! Yea it definitely was :)
(Only took just over 2 hours to get these shots if I remember correctly).
Excellent catches Timur!!
Thank you Michael!
Nice
Thank you!
Nice Footage
Thank you! :)
The ladder truck in the beginning of this video if it's the one I remember my father was a firefighter for renton 1980 to 2005 and I think I've seen that ladder even back when I was younger I'm 27 now. That's crazy Even station 11 looks the same as I remember it as a kid Great video amazing shots
😎👍
☺️🙏🏼
Excellent work!!!
Thank you very much!
Could anyone enlighten me as to the difference between an aid unit and the medic one ambulances
In the King County area (and other parts of Washington I believe) an Aid Unit is like a fire department medical first responder. They can provide first aid and life-saving primary care on scene until paramedics arrive to take over. Aid Units have the ability to transport a patient, but usually do not do this unless it is absolutely necessary (for a fellow firefighter for instance). Medic Units on the other hand are staffed by paramedics and provide advanced life support emergency medical care. Medics also transport patients in serious conditions to hospital.
If my memory serves me correct in the Seattle area if the calls for Minor medical aid they'll send the fire department and a private ambulance company which is AMR to transport however though if the patient has a serious medical problem then they'll start the fire department's advanced life support ambulance to transport.
The Aid Unit you saw is not staffed at this station. It is just there as a reserve ready unit. The Medic One Unit is operated by King County Medic One. This particular one is Medic 5. They are the paramedics. The Engine and Ladder are staffed with EMT’s.
When you do a portugal emergency response?
One day when I have the chance 👍🏼
@@TGGGlobalEmergencyResponses you can come, we don t use only hi-lo dont worry use a lot of sirens but most common is federal signal vama as-380
Cool
Does the ladder truck and ambulance pull in through the back
Benito Gonzales yes. That’s how they return.
whats the siren on the engine truck
Alexanders Alarms q2b and a whelen siren
@@Mr.Speedcat It was actually a PA300.
Jordan G. The whelen?
@@Mr.Speedcat There is no whelen on the engine... The electronic siren is the Federal Signal PA300.
@@firemedic916 it doesn't sound like any pa300 model I've heard . What type of pa300 is it?
2:34 The fact that they still operate this truck with just a few strobes is proof that you don't need a million lights to be seen :D
Million lights looks more cool and provide more safety you can see them from miles away
@@thunderbear0 the lightbar provides the vast majority of light output. Just give it a half-half
Good video
Thanks! 😁
Running a spare medic rig
Larry Johnson Ah ok. What does the regular medic look like?
TGG - Global Emergency Responses They run Internationals, Have for a few years now.
Larry Johnson I see. I think I saw one of the regular ones at another station, but didn’t get to film it.
Larry Johnson The internationals have been moved to reserve units. They are running the style seen here as the primary medic units again. Medic 6 and 8 quarters have the Internationals parked outside.
eriksdaddy Back to the Fords
Nice catch.
Thank you!
