    I saw someone bided up one to over $300,000, which the face value is just less than $270, What will they get?

      That's just crazy to us - we see if sometimes, but cant explain why somebody would bid that high...

    if after bidding war you get only 2-3% ,doesn't seems like worth of time and efforts and investment?

      I agree, that's why we will bid in several auctions or focus on less competition areas to earn higher earning tax liens. And our students generally earn between 8%-16% using our strategies. So it is still possible to earn good returns on tax liens. Thanks for watching.

      @@taxsalesecrets if you do private lending you can get 12% with first lien, then why do tax liens?

      @@aniketmangla6151 That's an option, there are probably a few higher earning investments out there. But their not always available for the new investor just trying to get a better return than their 401K. Plus most people don't know how to become a private lender or have the capital to become one. So, for the investor that wants a better return on their $10,000, Tax Liens work pretty well! Plus you still have the opportunity to foreclosure and become the new owner - which obviously increases the returns. We just helped some of our students buy Over the Counter Tax Liens that are earning 14% returns on their money. Not bad when they where earning on average of 1%-2% before switching to tax liens. But right now their are some hedge funds that are bidding like crazy on tax liens - which can make it tough to get high returns in some areas. So its important to know the best strategies to increase your returns! Which is what we try to teach to Members of our Program. But to be honest - if you can earn higher returns with Private Lending we would encourage it! We are always open to new way to make money!
