- A dominant first half showing carried Celtic past Rangers, into the final of the Scottish League Cup, presented by QTS, in the first Old Firm match in nearly three years. Leigh Griffiths opened the scroing on 10 minutes with a header from close range. Kris Commons sent the green and white end of the national stadium wild on 31 minutes scoring a fabulous shot from long range, The Gers defence tightened up in the second half but they could not make a mark on the scoresheet. The Hoops will now face Dundee United in the final on the 15th of March.

***** No, trust me I hate Rangers, I just hate Celtic that bit more. Just because they lost to Celtic, does not mean that will affect their league performance. Did our league performance suffer when we lost to Celtic in the cups? You never know, this result could have a galvanising effect on them, you're just guessing really just like I am now.
***** Besides, as long as we keep winning, The Rangers won't be able to catch us, regardless of their results. If we were to throw it away now then I'm sorry but we would only have ourselves to blame. I can't bring myself to praise teams who I despise, getting a positive result against them. Those 2 teams are Celtic and Hibs. Any other team though, and I'll praise them for getting a positive result against 'The Rangers' :D

agreed GMS is just what we need out wide and with Griffiths hitting top form im feeling optimistic against inter I really think we can do it.
Dylan CS Inter are struggling as well, so I think we have the advantage at this point.
I think so as you say inter aren't great atm and with the excitement of gms on the wing and Griffiths banging them in now I think we should be going into the game at parkhead looking for a good win.
