- La cathédrale Saint-Tugdual de Tréguier est peut-être une relativement petite cathédrale dans une petite ville. Mais il ne faut pas l’ignorer, elle est particulièrement authentique et un haut lieu de la Bretagne et des Bretons, comme Quimper ou Sainte-Anne d’Auray avec un pèlerinage émouvant, le grand pardon de Saint-Yves. La cathédrale elle-même est gothique, du 14ème au 16ème siècle pour l’essentiel. Elle garde un vestige roman, la petite tour de Hastings au nord. Son clocher principal de 63m est plus récent. De même le très beau mausolée de Saint-Yves, détruit à la révolution, a été refait au 19ème siècle. Pour ne pas top allonger cette vidéo, deux « shorts » ont été publié, l’un sur la cathédrale entièrement reconstituée pour corriger la distorsion de l’objectif des appareils photos et l’autre pour le tour du mausolée de Saint-Yves.

Saint-Tugdal Cathedral in Tréguier may be a relatively small cathedral in a small town. But it should not be ignored, it is particularly authentic and a mecca of Brittany and the Bretons, like Quimper or Sainte-Anne d'Auray with a moving pilgrimage, the great pardon of Saint-Yves. The cathedral itself is Gothic, mainly from the 14th to 16th centuries. It retains a Romanesque vestige, the small tower of Hastings to the north. Its main bell tower of 63m is more recent. Likewise the very beautiful mausoleum of Saint-Yves, destroyed during the revolution, was rebuilt in the 19th century. To avoid making this video too long, two “shorts” have been published, one on the cathedral, entirely reconstructed to correct the distortion of the camera lens, and the other for the tour of the Saint-Yves mausoleum.
