It's funny to me how the host punished Tommy for how the Greek focus tree is designed in the first place since it instantly declares war once the focus is finished.. not to mention I think he got a civil war for that very reason..
LITERALLY, its so annoying how these rp games work, people can meta cringe and make the game so unfun yet someone literally has a focus that auto declare and "oh wah but no 30 day warning" even tho it literally tells you they are justifying when the focus starts which IS THE 30 DAY WARNING
It is, it's honestly surprising how little Tommy knows about vanilla HOI4 - if the Mengali Idea fails and you don't get Britian, France and/or Italy to invade Turkey with you, you will get a fascist coup, which you have to accept to avoid the civil war and if you want the Byzantine path you want that to happen.
Although that is true, hosts have allowed people to do the 30 day warning after declaring war if it's done by a focus, both sides are just supposed to not fight for 30 days. Tommy got punished because he forgot to do that and went in without warning

@@trajan4770 You also get warned from regular justifications. The thing is that you can justify on someone and then wait for months to declare a war, or even not declare at all. By doing this you essentially force someone to divert forces to your border despite the fact that you don't actually plan on going to war. This could be very easily exploited in MP, so the ruleset requires you to warn someone 30 days before declaring war

hey Tommy, I've been a long time fan and viewer since the early days and belong to the camp of people who complain that you don't finish your games anymore. After hearing your rant at 31:16 I would like to say that it's okay. My dad used to bring me to school every morning until middle school and it was a core memory of mine, just like it will be for your kid. It's okay for you to not finish your games anymore
I remember this game, Germany and Russia did a commie hugbox together but they had a massive skill issue lol, for some reason they build spammed trash infantry and barely any air or tank. If they played somewhat well they would have dominated.
