The relationship between Formula 1 and MotoGP is reportedly strengthening, with Gresini Racing's current owner, Nadia Padovani, reportedly in talks with Lewis Hamilton to take over the business. Hamilton has indicated a desire to buy the team, and a member of his entourage was seen with the Gresini team at the Dutch GP in Assen. Hamilton has shown interest in purchasing Gresini from current team manager Nadia Padovani, and this move was initially mentioned by The Race's sources at the start of the Dutch TT weekend at Assen.

As someone who stopped watching F1 because they denied an 11th team, I am all for more eyes on MotoGP. A lot of people watch F1 solely because of Lewis. He has a powerful army. Only Rossi has more passionate supporters.
