In place of a fake drawer front, a triangular, fold down/out section that is perfect for things like scrubbies, sponges, etc. Full length of the drawer front with a piano hinge on the bottom. I've seen this many times and it is invaluable.
Great job! I was scared to make my first drawers. They turned pretty good. I made them to install inside metal shop cabinets. I’m a new subscriber so looking forward to seeing more of your channel
Turned out great for your first cabinet. That drywall tool gave me a chuckle. Great improvisation :D For the corner, not sure if it fits with your cabinet top idea but you could make a 45 degrees angled front and a curved back. This way you could save some space wastage and the awkward drawer/door problem in the corner you mentioned. Looking forward to the complete series on this remodeling. love the channel.
That looks GREAT! Good job! I absolutely love using pocket holes - you have the Kreg jig I want to get (the 520 I think?). Biggest thing to remember with using a Kreg is making sure to set the jig and drill depths to the right thickness of wood, and then using the right length screws. If you are poking through with the screws or the screw heads aren't in far enough, it could be one or more of the three are off (ask me how I know...). Thanks for sharing! 🤠
Great job ! I used joint compound on baseboard molding when I remolded my 100+ year old house . The coping saw worked good ,but some corners just didn’t work out so I fill the joints and sanded them down . Looked awesome after a coat of paint . Thanks for bring us along on your projects .
Your table saw looks like mine, the rigid jobsite saw, not sure if you are aware, but the right side of the saw has a handle embedded and if you flip it up, you can extend the bed so that it can cut up to 24 inch wide.
GOOD STUFF!!! I think for the most part the DOG approves!!! CHEERS from Southwest coast Vancouver Island!!!
Thanks FOR another GREAT video, loved it Todd!!!👍🇨🇦🇺🇸❤😇🙏

Doing great, build a rack years ago to help break my full sheets down, takes first 24in of back wall.
Glad I made it though.

Excellent 1st cabinet! I use pocket screws often, but I HATE using them on 1/2 inch ply. I'm not a cabinet maker, only 6 cabinets ahead of you! Lol
See if you can find the kreg screw selector wheel. That’ll help with finding out what screw size you need and what setting to have on the jig
Dog licking the glue LOL
Don't redo the part with the bad pocket holes.
Just grind off the part of the screw that's sticking out and mud over it.

The space behind the toe kick and under the cabinet bottom is just a place for mice and bugs to live. Wish there is a better way.
