Might also be pressured to cut that dividend though if it gets too high

Fear with BCE is they will be cutting dividend, not sure why your saying they would not. They need to cut their dividend to service their huge debt, it could easily be 5-10 years for Bell to reach higher stock price. In all these stocks your looking at primitive charts. TD is about the only one on your list that I agree with.

This was fun because I own the 5 of them (BCE, T, TD, BNS, POW), with more shares of TD. Curiously, I’ve been happy with their dividends over the years and I’m keeping the DRIPs, but clearly feeling bad every time I see red numbers and percentages near them, showing I’m negative in all of the 5. I was expecting faster response as the interest would start going down. Your video gives me of seeing them increasing over the next couple of years. Thanks

Sell TD $70 Jan 2026 Put Option = pays almost $5? ditto BNS at $60... decent money...
especially if the interest rate HIKING is over and done... RATES should drop off.
BUT Maybe there's more BAD news at TD or BNS... ???

There are a lot of clowns on the internet, but you are the only one that has made me any money. Thank you! (p.s. I was adding to my Tesla position in the $175 range based on your videos and on their potential for robot domination. I have held Tesla for 7+ years through the ups and downs and have previously sold a chunk of it off, but finally bought more a few weeks ago)

Better to buy good companies than high yields. The payout ratio is super high. definitely worth looking at but buying BCE super risky right now. Would be better for them

When a corporation announces job cuts the stock usually trends upwards. How many more jobs can these corporations cut and continue to function? I own some of these Telecoms but realistically I have to expect yield cuts, or at least no more yield increases. It's going to be one of the first places people scale back on. With ENB the revenue stream is largely pre-planned and guaranteed. I trust their dividend stability more, even if it is almost 8%

@@g.u.6897 go look at their balance sheet, note depreciation and amortization costs re add that to the net income as it’s only deducting taxable income and you quickly notice how fast that payout drops.
They can afford it it’s why it still goes up infrastructure stocks and reits have major depreciation of assets that severely offsets taxable income so don’t just read a yahoo pay out ratio as it only accounts for EPS
