For me, the speed doesnt matter. The most important thing is the heart. We definitely must chant with a sincere heart. :) Speed is good for people to not have running thoughts but hahaha.... i can also be fast and have running thoughts. Thats where awareness is really important. Jia you everyone! In the sutra, Guan Shi Yin Pusa mentioned about reciting her vows and also chant her name and omitofo name x 10 each. Then proceed with Da Bei Zhou. So those thats interested can go and read up on that too. If you find it a hassle, Da Bei Zhou alone is okay too
