Looking back like 15 years ago this song is still awsome but kinda ironic: the Rev himself wrote this song, little did he know that he was the one leaving us too soon 😢 looking at the latest album, Marks words do really fit, cause they really are brave enough to try things 🤣 I personally don't like "Life is but a dream", but I can now respect it and their work, even I find this album as a whole total bs. I am sure they will go back to some A7X kinda style someday.
It's very "pop"? I hear that power chord chorus thing everywhere in pop songs. But the verse is riff based and the chorus is pop based, something like that. I mean, there's even a little bit of classical music as well lol
