Welcome to adulthood. I joked I knew I was an adult when my kitchen preferences became my preferences. Now I prefer pots and pans without handles. Who knew?
You are absolutely correct. I just bought a 14 piece set, from Walmart, which supposedly retails for $300. It has now on sale, during the November Black Friday sale, for only $99!!
You guys are so terrific. As well Funny. Thank you for taking the time out to make this well done review. All the questions I would’ve had before getting this set was well explained. Hope to see more of your reviews. Thank you again God bless!
Aww that was the best review video I’ve ever watched! You guys are so funny! What a great energy you have! I was convinced to buy the set at the beginning of the video, but wanted to keep watching just to see the two of you interacting with each other!❤ thank you!
5:09 I saw on other people's review that they put on the tupperware lid the other way around (the bumpy side up) so it locks P.s. you guys are very entertaining, luv it! 🤣
Hi guys! Thank you for the amazing review, I have a question, Does the handle slide or stay put? Does it scratch the part of the pan where it attaches if it moves? Does the part that attaches to the pan have a metal surface?
Great questions! When you have the handle attached (after clamped down), it does not move. I do not leave the handle attached at all while actively cooking so make sure the handle does not get too hot (and it allows the handle to stay out of the way while cooking). The part that attaches to the pan seems to be silicone over the likely metal so it has not scratched our pots or pans at all. I believe they have changed the design of the handle slightly since our purchase as the button pressed to release the handle looks slightly different. We were actually talking filming a year review this weekend so these questions will definitely be talked about during that filming session.
Thanks so much for your comments. The Wife here. I was super skeptical when we opened them up, but I love them. Especially the it's saved me so much time in cleaning them [I only hand wash my pots and pans]. No rivets and no handles on mean it sits in the sink very well to clean.
My understanding is the reason your set came with detachable handles is because you purchased an oven safe set. Yours are made to be put into an oven, but not with the handles, which is why they are detachable. I could be wrong, but that is my understanding.
@Valmontst I believe they can. But we've never put them in the oven. As someone that often has issues cleaning rivets and handles that get loose, this set has been amazing bc it took away both issues.
I LOVE your style 😂😂😂 I just bought a set with handles on sale.. The non-handle set came on sale, SOOO I bought those too! As well as a set for my bestie as a gift
@@ScabibbleWilly We have not. Nothing but hand washing here. From past experiences, pans often do not like the detergent used in dishwashers. It seems like it corrodes exposed surfaces. But from those past experiences we stopped using the DW for pots and pans.
I'm torn between Sensarte or Carote cookware. Both work extremely the same though i think one set you cannot cook on high. I usually boil water on high. That's about it though. Oh and one chips easier than the other. Both have such different pros and cons
We didn't look up Sensarte. With Carote so far, I've used it on high to get to boiling but then turn it down to keep it boiling, but don't keep it on high. Which set are you leaning towards?
Great deal. We chose this set specifically for the sizes it included and the pot things that go between since we needed those for the pans. We found a different brand we may purchase for family for only $45. I can't believe how much help these have been.
@ Awesome! This set is perfect for me, single dude who loves making casseroles for meal planning, can prepare, bake, store and reheat in this set! Well hopefully lol. Great video btw!
Become of health issues I [wife] just need more so I can go longer between cleaning them. But yeah. 11 pieces typically enough for a single dude. I think I'll be getting my single dude family member 15 piece set that includes the pot protectors. 🤣
Funny review ! I bought this set from Amazon. I follow all the directions and am not in the habit of cooking on high heat. After a few weeks my favorite pan ( the large frying pan) looks like I've been using it for years. Lots of marks and chips despite using silicone utensils. I, like many others with reviews on Amazon, found these pans discolor quickly and chip and scrape when stored inside each other. Also had issues with the constant black powder coming off the bottom. Have contacted the company to see if I got a lemon set. No response from them after 5 days .
That’s disappointing to hear. I hope they get back to you soon. Ours still looks good. The bottom metal is getting a bit oxidized which I expected, but it's nothing compared to other pans we've had with metal bases. Are you within your window with Amazon? If yes, contact them.
Oh one tip. We use pan pads like the ones on this video for between the pans always and never put inside each other without them. Then for the pots because we don't need them to be nestled we use the pot lid and stack on top of each other that way in the cabinet. If we needed the space, would have ordered more pot protectors to put in between them for storage. We're extremely cautious with how we handle and care because we've had issues in the past with similar set [but those didn't have removablehandlesand the handles burned even without high heat. . Didn't want a repeat of that with these which is why we bought these specific with no handles. Use them almost every day since purchase.
I’m officially an adult now - watching reviews for pots and pans.

@@TheProjectHelpDesk I knew I was an adult... when shopping for new pots and pans got me excited. I JUST bought a set of these for my home.
These just went on sale at Walmart, so I searched TH-cam for a review. You guys nailed it! Keep up the great work!
@bootlegcraig6525 they are also on sale at Amazon too. Still loving them.

Our pleasure! We are still loving the set. Especially when I have to clean it without those rivets.
❤best review ever, i love you you guys relationship 😂❤
That's kind of you. Thanks
I came for the review, but wanted to say ma'am, your hair is GORGEOUS!!!
Thank you so much for the kind words. We've had this set for a year now. We still love it.
Thank you so much!! Ordered a set yesterday!
Hope you love them as much as we do!
Loved this review! You two cracked me up so much!! I have these in my Amazon cart right now and they’re on sale so I’m definitely purchasing these!
Glad you got a laugh. It's been almost a year since we bought them and still love them.

The wife here. That comment really made my day. Thank you
You two are so hilarious together 😂 ‘you need a good mansplain’.. ‘say that again’ 😅 classic
Love the banter as always
There was so much that got left on the cutting room floor too. 🤣🤣🤣
OMG y’all are so freaking cute!!!! I have been on the fence about this brand. Never noticed about the rivets….game changer!!!! Thanks so much.
Definitely a game changer. So much easier to clean. Just don't leave the handle on when cooking.
5:09 I saw on other people's review that they put on the tupperware lid the other way around (the bumpy side up) so it locks

We will give that ago
I caught the “Back to the Future” reference! Lol. ‘You’re not thinking 4th dimensional’
You must be one of our people! BTTF references at least once a day!
I was really looking forward to using those storage lids but will more thn likely get the set.
I love your review and your personality. Love it. Thanks for this review ❤

Have you ever put in the dishwasher? I know they say not to but, wanted you to be the guinea pig for me. Lol I just bought these. ❤❤

@@TheProjectHelpDesk ok great! Then no dishwasher for me either. I’ve so discolored my beloved Magnelite pots from laziness. Ugh!😩

awesome review.
Glad you enjoyed it
I’m worried these handles will malfunction at the wrong time while I’m carrying a hot meal
We've had them a year and haven't had an issue yet. Make sure it clicks. I was exceptionally concerned about the same thing.
mine came with a mini screw driver

This set it says can’t go over 500 degrees and the handles can go into the oven, which I was shocked by.
I just bought the 11 pc set from Walmart for 53 bucks!!
