Here are the 8 lessons that I have learned as a practicing CA in the last 8 years.
1. Job or Practice?
I would always vote for Practice. although it depends on your personal choice and risk factor.
but in my opinion, Practice is best, we are meant for that and there is an ocean of opportunities in practice the only limit is your own thinking skills.
2. the initial days may be tough.
setting Practice may seem to be difficult- you may have fewer clients but once that one year went you will have a good flow of revenue as well as reputation.
just keep meeting new people and fellow members to get work.
Don't stop, don't lose faith - it's just a phase which you can surely overcome.
3. you don't need a fancy office
initially focus on getting work and providing the best quality to your client.
Don't spend much, no need to go for big office and fixed expenses.
once start earning start savings and out savings plan all expenses.
4. Initially to servive you may do everything, like general practice but over a period of time decide one field, be master of one feild - World is of specialisation, the deeper you go the higher the impact.
Focus on few things, Read, read, read.
Once master no one can stop you
5. Work on your communication and negotiation skills, That can be your biggest asset.
unfortunately we are not tought to focus on communication while that is the difference that makes the difference.
at the end of the day difference between ordinary ca and very successful ca is their communication skill.
6. Your network is your networth
Meet with people, make friends, provide value, work for free without worrying about money, help others.
Once you will have a great newtwork and good reputation money will flow.
in intial years focus on building brand, business, reputation and network.
better you have more successful you will become.
7. Work on developing systems, as a CA you are skilled enough that's why you are CA now work on strategies to monitise those skills and work on developing systems.
System for how the office will run, systems for getting and retaining client, a system for continuous improvement, Document them - Your goal should be to have a system to replace you.
Work for five years developing systems and the. let the system run your business so that you can focus on the next big project scaling and expanding.
8. Leverage the internet.
No need to work on traditional Practice, make a youtube video on how to file ITRs, write a blog on process of incorporating company, guide others through online platforms.
use the leverage of the internet.
come out of your comfort zone, do the unconventional & Make an impact.

i have watched so many videos but this videos clear most of my doubts great video sir👍...
few doubts if you can clear out
1. can go for practice from day 1 after clearing CA ( i have gained knowledge in every field during my articleship , obviously not entire knowledge but still i know few things )
2. How much time (approx) it will take to cross the amount which i sacrificed (salary say 10L) while opting for practice

Yes you can go with practice on day 1.
But only thing in going solo is intial cost is high.
So either you can collobrate or partner with someone initially
Or work in ca firm part-time to get funds flowing
Or be patient until first three four months, and keep doing even if no or less money is coming
2. As far as recovery of opportunity cost of 10 lakh is concerned it depends on your network and skills.
I have seen few of my students making 15 lakh in a first year and struggling to make 5 lakh in first year too.
That's subjective
But I can tell you, if you are dedicated will take not more than 1 to 1.5 years.

Sir, if a person starts his practice, after a few years, he can be free from self-employment. Meaning if he does not do much work or does not work at all, then his practice will continue on its own.
Please make a video of it
If you set right system then yes.
But it takes minimum 6 to 8 years to reach that level.
But yes it's possible.
