I'm going to be in Cebu this January and the Philippines for a month. It's good to know that there are pleasant, honest, well-spoken, thoughtful (and attractive) Filipinas like Jenny. I hope that I am blessed to meet someone so interesting, so honestly vulnerable, so aware of what she desires. As she says, it's how you respond in the moment that counts. The momentary patience, the allowing the woman the space and the time to respond to a simple 'hello,' is such sage advice.

I appreciate her openess, wisdom & humility, she's a smart & kind lady. It's a fun discussion, but usually only bubble gum for the ears, what I mean is, asking a woman what she wants or how women operate isn't helpful cuz they don't understand themselves. They can parrot back what they've heard, but it is only a guess, as they don't understand themselves. This woman is surprisingly insightful.

Wow, Jenny is extraordinary. She’s intelligent, articulate and beautiful. I can see why most men would feel a bit intimidated approaching her. Jenny seemed really confident, and comfortable in the interview which makes it hard for me to imagine her feeling awkward. I really appreciate that she was able to evaluate her thoughts and body language when approached at the coffee shop. The foremost takeaway for me is in understanding how important it is to make any conversation comfortable and flowing. Thank you both for the video!

Hey John, this is the first time I viewed your channel, and your interview with Jenny was absolutely amazing. I’ve been watching TH-cam videos for three years, and it’s the first time I’ve ever heard the term cheetahs and turtles. Now that I have heard it, I classify myself as a turtle. The reason being, I’ve been to the Philippines four times
The longest stay was for 30 days and have only been on two dates. That’s because I’m very particular, and looking for women wasn’t my primary focus. One thing for certain, two things for sure: I am looking for a turtle, someone like Jenny-well-spoken, very confident, and very attractive. Keep up the good work, brother.

She seems very sweet, caring, intelligent, and kind, but I am watching her body language and it screams assertive western women. I think that she works in a authoritarian role in her job which in turn translates into her everyday life and body language and it’s more than likely why it seems to push guys away because they think that she is high maintenance or like western women, but I don’t think that she does this intentionally and probably isn’t aware of how she is perceived or projecting this through her body language and inflection in her voice when she speaks. It’s nice that you brought her on so we can see how sweet she really is

Modestly dressing is a sign that you are a lady and that's a very good thing, but it also says you might not need a man to provide and protect which is a fundamental trait for them. Unfortunately, being focused and on a mission may put out a slight masculine energy. Men are simple, they need respect, support, peace at home and affection. In my opinion focus on filling those gaps in their lives. Best of luck!

    • @Robert-Hamm
      @Robert-Hamm หลายเดือนก่อน

What they need to do is EARN all that instead of assuming it's a birthright. Men are TRAINED by society to think their MAIN goal in life is to protect. They are not taught how to treat their women in away that opens THEM up. If you dont respect women as individuals that deserve as much respect as a man then its unlikely your going to get what you want in return.

Also, if you are familiar with MBTI, my guess is she is an INTP and the whole romance thing and other social situations seem like a mystery to her, you can see her trying to analyze them like she wants an if-then flowsheet so it will make sense. Interesting. I think a lot of the guys who come are so burned out by "career" women, they're looking for someone with more time for them and to commit to a family or relationship rather than building some sort of life around money.

I always give the girl my #, and tell her if she would like to get coffee, feel free to text me. I'm not forcing her to give me her #, and leaving the ball in her court.

She seems like the dream to me, but she is going to have to find some outside interests that allow men to get to know her, because she isn't the type of woman men feel comfortable approaching on the street or in the mall, and I honestly don't think she would find the type of man that does approach her that way to be very interesting. She's going to want to talk about books, or music, traveling, or some obscure hobby that engages her intellectually and that likely isn't going to be a guy that is comfortable just approaching women.

Sure, how a 'cheetah' dresses may catch my eye quickly, but so does the white stripe of a skunk. Or the bright colors on a poisonous snake. It means STAY AWAY. I have never, nor ever will pursue a cheetah. Anyone who can say 'I love you' in a day means they can say 'I hate you' the next day. Don't need that type of individual around me. They display (in my experience) lack of critical thinking, unable to take any sort of criticism. Are shortsighted. And definitely always want to be in the spotlight. Does that apply to other cultures? I really don't know. But I would have to think that behaviour is fairly universal, regaurdless of where on the planet I am.

She appears to be very westernized. Could run into her in a Starbucks in Los Angles California. Yet she is obviously educated and intelligent. Not the kind of girl I’m used to seeing on this type of foreigner in the Philippines channels. I’m intrigued.
There are women that have attractive figures that get a lot of male attention. They don’t respond when casually spoken to in public.
There women who are outgoing with everyone they smile and say hi to random guys. Doesn’t mean their interested in you.
There are women who give you a side glance, then walk up and try to get you in a conversation. I like these, but wonder what’s the motivation?
There are women who like this woman, try too look on a mission, walk fast, look straight ahead, stone face. I don’t even try to interact with this type. They are saying, Stay away”.
It’s funny guys want to go get a slow woman in the Philippines that is not like western women that have rejected them. Philippine women, seem to want a better life. They want to be more like western women. Perhaps this woman is like that. It’s like the couple is on a collision course. And the danger is after the collision the parties keeps moving in different directions. Do we really want to end up with a westernized Philippine wife? 😊
It’s complicated, but slow , yet warm women are better than fast women in my estimation. Too fast into things is normally a mistake.

I feel like this woman is struggling to find a man is because of this personality that she has cultivated. She acts very business workplace professional in her personal life outside of work it seems. She is not intimidating, most guys are just not interested in that. There is a lack of malleability in her personality. She did say she is guarded and thats fine, in todays dating world you almost have to be. But that strict you know business like personality will not play while when trying to meet a man.

My fear of approaching a professional Filipina with a good job would be thinking she has many options among men. Why would she want a foreignera 20-25 years older?

When Filipinas get above a certain age here they are passed over so she may consider a older man that she clicks with not just someone with money

I don’t understand the full story. She just needs to market herself on dating apps as a “trad” and if she’s a virgin she needs to hint at that as half the guys will be willing to “pay more” and invest knowing she hasn’t muddied her waters 😂
And I hope she can be ok with an older guy. She’d have no problem as obviously she seems to not have anger issues and is very very mature ( which a lot of older men look for is peace and quiet )
I think she’s fighting against thinking relationships are this wild thing when a healthy relationship is most times stable and quiet..
And definitely she needs to just find a date online and talk and video chat till she’s comfortable as maybe she’s thinking she’s going to find a relationship out there. Just use the tactic that works and she can easily find someone online as it’s “her style”

To interview only one/1 turtle (cheetah) says nothing about the entire turtle (cheetah) population !!!
Thats why I hate such interviews. No offense to the young lady.

Older expats, do you see? Why go to bars or look for young exotic Filipinas? In 98% of the case, the young Filipina is not in because she likes you or plans to stay with you for ever. Do you see? Plenty of very nice older Filipinas who are smart, nice, educated and well to-do. If you like her and she like you, neither you nor her will not dump you another men/women.

@@HemiChrysler Please allow me to reply with all humility and respect: Christianity isn't nonsense. God loves you beyond what you can comprehend, Jesus sacrificed Himself to die for you, someday you will stand before God, I pray before that time you are able to develop a personal relationship with your Creator.
