I truly appreciate the detailed video fam. But the price of the shoe doesn't justify 1500$, retail price absolutely. Both shoe looks almost identical, so I would go for the reps all day.

@@africancoast Yeah you right. What I'm saying is these shoes aren't worth $1500 when they retailed at $150. It's still the same cheap nike material they put on all other Jordan 1s. These aren't balenciago or gucci sneakers. I personally don't really wear sneaker reps. But I've seen some reps for these that look damn near identical. I'd buy Jordan 1 reps before I wear some yeezy reps.
@@africancoast the kicker is though, you still don’t really know if you’re getting a real or fake. GOAT and StockX aren’t foolproof. You aren’t actually GUARANTEED to get a “real” pair. They could pass through a very convincing replica and you just paid $1200 like a 🤡.

facts i got a $60 fk batch pair and its nearly identical to retail, only flaw I could point out is that the cactus jack logo on the inside swoosh is placed just a tad too high, colors, suede, stitching is all on par

Personally for me in my own opinion. If I can’t afford it then I won’t buy it. I just won’t bring myself to wear reps cause it’ll make me feel like shit knowing I got fakes on. But that is my opinion. Should these cost this much? Hell no but regardless I stand by what I say

It has to be noted that retails still vary much when compared to each other. I’ve seen retail vs retail where the suades are completely different!

All replicas I have seen had three sneakers wrapped in the paper, the nubuck can simply be brushed for 30 seconds in a circle motion and it will be very active if not better than retail. The tongue tags are never perfect and I have seen authentics with slightly higher or lower logos, you can also use the brush to remove any factory marks.
Note: I have seen 2 versions of these om the replica market. One of them has slight better detail. For example closer stitch to the reverse swoosh edge, and lower Nike Air along the tongue tag.
Know the website to it?
The shoes are all assembled by hand, so no pair will be 100% consistent. And all materials will vary ever so slightly as well. I've seen the same things. It's just how it works. At least you can qc your reps befire you buy them. Can't do that on skrs.
The diff I've seen on most high end reps it's the size of the holes punched on the swoosh stitches varies slightly from the actuals. Everything else generally is dead nuts spot on.
These are literally 1:1 now, if you get a decent batch. I got TS Frag lows and they're literally identical to retail. The one flaw in mine is that the toe box leather is quite easily wrinkled.

Im surprised you didnt talk about the insoles at all. Usually the fakes have much blurrier text on the travis scott wording as well as the logos compared to the authentic shoes.

I go for the reps. I just love the style of the reverse mocha, but i would never spend 1500$ for it. Even if I had win the raffle, I‘d resell them and buy my self the reps.

Just checked mine going along with the video, i got mine from kickwho, wore them to school today and got clowned on for wearing them the only flaws were very small and were on the label under the tongue which nobody can see when i am wearing them.

You should do a real vs fake comparison with the "Godkiller" batch from Kickwho. The claim over and over to have used the ORIGINAL nubuck used in the retail pairs. They do look very good. I think this would be a very good comparison video

@@LukeKickwalker I’ve had GD batch I really don’t like GD batch mainly because the shape of their shoes is always really off especially in the toe box, it’s always really small and squished together looking. I do admit GD batch uses good materials then other batches I’ve seen though. The GD batch had better material then my godkiller batch but overall godkiller was way way closer for the TS1 mocha low. The suede could’ve had better movement but that’s about it

These differences you are finding on the outside are so marginal no one would notice without direct comparison. And as others have said even retails pairs vary quite a bit from one to another.

Idk if it’s just me but whenever I wear reps or fake sneakers I feel the cheapness of the material, like I don’t feel premium if I could describe it. I bought a pair fake louis vuitton af 1s and they feel uncomfortable, unlike the normal af1s the cushion is harder the outsole is softer and more fragile, I just wore them twice and the back of the outsole is already beat , even though they were fakes or reps I paid about 165$ for them definitely not worth it
My pair has a gap between the nike logo and the cactus jack logo on the tongue tag. Does that vary with size? I'm a size 12 and i noticed foamer simpson's pair has a gap there to.. i just hope i didn't get ripped off
