Noticed though your unconscious rather excessive use of "you understand", I counted 23 of them, makes one feel you're teaching a very daft person. Probably a minor mother tongue interference issue, even the auto typer couldn't follow. but just thought to mention it. Maybe it's used in the same way some Americans will constantly punctuate each sentence with "you know?" "you know?" or the newer "you feel me ? " "you feel me?", could be a bit off putting for some. I will still subscribe regardless.
