The state of being oppressed starts with self than to community and if the community isn't okay with how things are they should fight to the death to get what they want. Blacks in America didn't get fair treatment from the 1700s all the way to 1964 where supposedly black Rights were recognized. There are thousands of black people that died never seeing what freedom looks like but modern day blacks have that benefit from the bloodshed of their ancestors because if black population never made the hard choice to fight and die for their freedom than modern day blacks wouldn't have access as a man and a black man at that , black people of America goes through trauma on the daily but somehow black people contribute over a $1T yearly to the US economy. The point of me stating these facts is everyone has choices to make not all are easy but some are necessary for a privilege that you may not experience in your lifetime but your kids might if you made the hard choices so they don't have to. Your trying to be a sjw which is why you miss my points. If black people never made hard choices in America as the first minority , how would America be great in its business and diversity without bloodshed and hard choices . You don't think slaves, sharecroppers, blacks born I the 1940s had hard choices to make in a time where they were disenfranchised by their supposed community ? You may ask why any of this matters and the answer is America wouldn't be a nation of freedom and all this great stuff without bloodshed and hard choices , so why is the formula different because other countries and it's people don't want to do the steps in the formula , they want to keep who they are and sovereignty without fighting for it , freedom ain't free and it cost more in blood than dollars and no one ever wants to pay the price but they want it desperately.

As a former airline baggage agent, regardless of your destination, whether in the poorest countries like Burundi or in rich countries like Switzerland, there's a big chance that your bag won't make it on your flight because of time constraint on transfers (you were transferred on another flight but your bag didn't), misrouted (since you took a different route instead of your original flight). Just keep all your bag tags with you as airline staff can trace your bag easily with tags. However, it's good seeing your bag has made it with you.

It's not illegal. Outside of Europe and America, governments operate multiple exchange rates and BDCs are allowed to sell dollars above the official exchange rate. Only big businesses in fields the government considers relevant get the official exchange rate.
