I watch you and I just now forgot that I haven't subscribed! Sorry bro.! I seen the thumbnail and just started the video. Thanks for sharing the real side of steelheading. Hopefully one day I'll see you on the water. I'm usually on the northwest coast.
Lots of people on the river! But ive had a great week. Got a big 33" fish last friday in the high water. Then got a native Wednesday. Went 3 for 3 Thursday, 1 nate and 2 hatchery, one of which was 32". Then went again today and landed another nice 31.5" fish. Got some nice bigger fish this year! Usually its the small 6-7lb fish but ive caught 3 now that were legit 11-12.5lbs. That broodstock program is doing wonders this year. But man the river has been crowded, and not just at the hatchery...
@@shawnbowen6833 yeah definitely a busy river that's for sure I haven't had as much luck as you have I'm trying though I've got into a couple but that's it

Hey how did you guys do when you stopped and we talked and anytime you want to just pull up at the wood lot and go on down one of these days when I see you over there I will take you down and show you where to park down there this time of year and if you need to call it something on here I just call it the across the road yard lol

i just dont have interest in using a center pin plus most center pin rods are super long i fish small rivers i dont got the head space to be fishing those long rods i even retired my 10'6 rod this year cuz it kept getting in the trees so 9'6-9'9 is the longest i go
