We exchange them w carrot n potatoes💖 chinese also brought salty soysauce, peanut sauce, sesame oil, n oyster sauce. These seasonings r very popular here💖 then people here made sweet soysauce as an adaptation👍

要學煲湯 都係要學左藥材特性先 因為每隻藥材都有唔同既性質 有啲仲會相沖唔可以一齊 了解藥材先懂得去調和份量 如果唔係身體只會越飲越壞
影片雖好 但觀眾亦要了解食材及自己身體是否適合
脾為後天之本 食入口既野最好自己要了解 這樣是對自己的責任
