I think they are stupid to think careless means something. I mean we are careless because our city is safe ? But why our city is safe because you will easily get caught for theft. So it is not a win-win situation. Ultimately in the end you are still losing.

However, of all the CrimeWatch I've watched - some of them binge-watched several times, I only have a complaint about THIS episode❗❗❗The SIO responsible for this case Cai Zhi Heng was played by an actor who previously portrayed a murderer, burned her body, he's committed such a heinous crime that clearly imprinted in my mind, only to have him appeared in this episode felt really weird😂😅😅😅😂😂Please let the bad guys be bad guys, especially if they appear often as bad guys🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
Apparently the bulk of all police investigation has been taken care by cctv. So we should not be giving the cops too much credit for their work. All they did was view the footage, identify the crooks and pick them up. Given that Singapore is so small, there aren't many places to hide. Without cctv, their success rate would dropped drastically.
