Customs would clear the shipment to the client, if the client produce the original shipping documents. It clearly showed the bank might have sent the negotiable doc to the client in error. Indian Bank is not producing the POD of document delivery to SA bank upon its request. SA bank is ready to help, while Indian bank neglecting its own mistake is giving trouble to the customer . Very sad.

Derilliction of duty by dealing employees of a bank amounts to a great loss to an exporter and that is being watched by all levels without resolve the issue till date including miniter at level is giving negative impact on a micro level poor exporter in future and venture may get mind setback and unintended fear and may cause and to people may avoid export business.
Thus the commerce secretary would show some sympathy on the Firm who appears to have delivered the goods in time and till date money not realised very is sad ,and my submission to the state and central government are to resolve the firm problem after investing the case thoroughly if mistakes by bank not by exporter in such case the long pending amount may be deposited in the firm bank account not on account of fraud,theft ,fire,natural calamities or negligence on the part of the exporter.
