Sir, do we have to memorize the element form when it is oxidized or reduced like for eg. fe2+ into fe3+? Or is there any method to do this? I have one question sir please can u solve it and explain why it is happening so or we just have to simply memorize it -Balance by ion-electron method, the reaction of manganous sulphate and red lead in dilute nitric acid
