Good channel! Tried all these solutions & fixed and endings up using RCBS Lockout due. No visual check necessary, if not enough or too much powder the press locks up.
I think i fixed the sensitivity issue. i replaced the original big magnet with small round magnet (10mm in diameter and 1mm high) and the sensitivity lowered, so it seams work. I used tape to fix the magnet on the rod :-D
Man you seem to have put the stick upside down.... the brass part should be down in the case.... the way you assembled it allows the stick to go inside the powder so it never stays at the surface of the powder level...
Actually if you are reloading rifle cases, like I was here, you can’t use the brass tip because it won’t fit inside a .223 case. So you have to flip the stick and use the other side.
I had the same issue with mine, basically an unusable piece of junk unfortunately. The earlier models had the ability to adjust the range which I think they should’ve kept.
Totally with you. I was about to throw it in the garbage but decided to work in another press with different powder. Thanks for commenting. Please sub if you can!!
Thank you. I had ordered one and received it before I had the chance to see this video. I haven’t tried it yet but your efforts might just save me a lot of unexpected headaches. If it doesn’t work for me, at least I know I won’t be the only one. I did notice on the one I received that the “sensitivity” adjustment has been eliminated.

@@communicationiskey- agree bro! Sometimes the solution to a problem is something simpler. Glad you liked the video.

@@martinvladar9817 nice man! Thanks for sharing that!
Did you try adjusting the sensitivity sensor on the black box , less sensitive ?
The newer models of the die don’t have that sensitivity screw anymore which sucks!!! Hey thanks for commenting. Sub if you can
