criminal lawyer wants to play politics. even the layman knows the judiciary and the government are supposed to be SEPARATE. it is called the SEPARATION OF POWERS and bedrock of our political system. the court functions to make sure the government follows the law. if minister or even prime minister corrupt the court has power to put the joker in jail. if police exceed their powers, the court has power to punish. if government say house arrest, the court can tell them to shut up and put the joker back in a prison cell.
Jai Hind. The government should not waste more taxpayer money on all these legal arguments and court expenses. Just let Najib build his house in the prison compound so that he will be able to serve out his half terms in his own house.
