Increase your vitamins vit a, c,d and E high vit c and d will help prevent the common viruses so it helps there have been many studies that show this also in a study by Note temperature, humidity and solar kill the virus also
I taught myself to embroider 60 years ago. I went on to needlepoint, cross-stitch and quilt through the years. I'm tempted to tackle a few small projects as I am inspired by your work. I think I may even learn some new stitches! Love your videos.

I think these would be too big..normally on delicate fabrics like wedding dresses, lace fabrics and even summer dresses, much finer design and way less strands of floss is used. Like two strands and max three strands, not six strands as it would be super bulky and you can’t wear them. And these are very large designs. Rarely we use six strands in clothes..this is only ok to decorate walls.

I know you could frame it, for example, but what else? How to you put this on a pillow cover, for example? Or do you buy a blank pillow cover and do it on there? I just don't know how you apply this beautiful embroidery onto other things.

Cant even sleep. If I sleep Ill be greeted by nightmares. and it always ended by me trying not to die.

One way to leave it on the hoop and dress it up is to sew a circular piece of pretty fabric to the back hiding the raw edges.
