Blue - None of the 4 next rooms have the traps Green - 1 next room has a trap Yellow - 2 of the next rooms have the traps Purple - 3 of the next rooms have the traps Red - All of the 4 next rooms have the traps (meaning the room you came from had a trap)
For any curious the movie "Cube" is on Netflix and it's really amazing. Definitely one of my favorite movies and worth a watch. The game is based off that movie.

The color indicates the amount of traps around the room you are in. A room with green tiles means there is only one trap in the surrounding rooms, so if you find a trap in one of the surrounding rooms the other three are safe. Yellow means two, blue means three and red means four. The marks in the mini map indicate wether the room is safe (check mark), the trap is temporary (orange), or a permanent trap( red)
Mr Fruit - The color of the numbers relates to how many death rooms that room is connected to... IE GREEN=low/no death rooms connected ORANGE=1-2 death room connections RED= 3+ death rooms connected..... Also a good tactic to use is to open all doors surrounding the room you are in.

Green = safe, yellow = was dangerous/trap sprung, Red = death. It’s supposed to be kinda like minesweeper. Meaning the colors are for one of the adjacent rooms.

The numbers are from 1 to 7 because your map is 7x7 and from a to g so u can check where u are in the map so this mean that if u are in a01 u are in the corner and the midle is d04 the room u have to go in is random gen in the map and u have to go in to see if it is the room
Tip about the game if the room on the map has a yellow hazardous that means it’s survival able is its red then you die no mater what check you survive no mater what if map is off the numbers in the room turn the colors so green means safe red means death and yellow means you can die but you can survive
