Raising the Coop if you search bullet fabric, Liverpool fabric, Liverpool bullet on Etsy, you’ll get lots of results! And I feel like fabric stores are hit or miss! At my local store I find it listed as poly/spandex, but not always lol
I’ve made neoprene bows both this way and by gluing. It’s a matter of preference! I find that velvets can be slippery, but you can definitely make it work! Topknots work best for velvets in my opinion!

When you buy the fabric, how many yards do you buy just to make the one bow? I’m new to making this so I have no idea how to buy fabric.
Depending on measurements, one yard gets me about 6-8 wraps, and 6-8 clip bows. So it’s best to buy half yards if possible for smaller quantities!
