I own platinum preppy which is butter smooth writing, only disadvantage is that you have to buy converter separately. According to me worst Pens are Parker beta, Parker vector. You should include beena antic. Fantastic pen at ₹150, but none of them comparable to preppy.
I have been using preppy for a long time now and have to say the cello fountain in 60 Rs offer much more value . Also in India the converter costs a lot which in turns increases the cost and makes it even more costlier than pilot kakuno which is far better pen then this.
Agreed. Preppy is awesome in terms of nib smoothness and writing experience. The workaround for convertors is to fill the cartridge using a syringe or to eyedropper it. I have 3 preppys and have converted them into eyedropper. By far the best pen in this price range, even better than most 800-900 rs. pens.

Parker Quink is good under Rs. 100. But I find Pilot Blue to be better as it is water resistant and I also feel that it has better flow than Quink. But it costs about 330 rs.
