This man deserves to become a civil servant.... however there are some old school & stereotypical people in jkpsc board with high egoistic & ignoble attitude who couldn't able to identify theses types of people need in the state civil services....dark reality of J&K
Taking nothing away from his intellect and brilliant communication skills, do you even know how many marks did he score in the personality test? Selection or rejection hugely depends on how you perform in mains. So we can't blame board members for it

After watching many mock interviews of UPSC and JKAS Aspirants from years now, I can proudly say that Dawar can surely make into IAS. IAS level material.
Civil service Exam is so uncertain, you might sit in interview in one attempt and would not clear prelims in the next. I was Damn sure ,you will qualify this examination after Analysing ur Academic Credentials but my Analysis came out to be wrong. This Examination doesn't justify your smartness , this justifies your patience . Of course you didn't qualified it this time, but getting 950 in first attempt is remarkable achievement. Better luck Next time champ!! My sincere prayers.
