Pastor Vlad started a new series “Digging Wells” where he explores how the enemy uses the cares of life to plug our passion for the presence of God.
Notes
1. Philippines stopped the wells by filling them with earth.
Now the Philistines had stopped up all the wells which his father’s servants had dug in the days of Abraham his father, and they had filled them with earth. Genesis 26:15
- Wells without water are prisons. (Gen.37:24; Jer.38:6; Matt.21:13)When the heart stops hosting the presence, enemy turns it into a prison.
- Wells are where divine connections are made. (Gen.24, 29; Ex.2:16; John 4:4)Culture says “be a gold digger”; Christ says, “be a well digger”.World says, “build an empire”; word says, “build a well”.
- Enemy seeks to fill our well with earth so that our well will not water the earth. (Mark 4:19)Water is a gift from God, well is a gift to the world.Every believer received water but not everyone is releasing it. (John 4:13-14; 7:38-39)
2. Isaac dug again the wells of his father.
..and Isaac dug again the wells of water which they had dug in the days of Abraham his father, for the Philistines had stopped them up after the death of Abraham. He called them by the names which his father had called them. Genesis 26:18
Remember therefore from where you have fallen; repent and do the first works, or else I will come to you quickly and remove your lampstand from its place-unless you repent. Rev.2:5
How to Dig Old Wells:
a. Remember when you sought Gods face. Favor follows when His face is sought.
b. Repent by turning your back on your sin and life.To seek His face we must turn our back on everything else.
c. Repeat seek His face again.
d. Reward will be His favor. Rev.2:7 Whatever you turn your back to in pursuit of His face, God will water. (Matt.6:33)
3. Herdsman fought Isaac over the wells he dug
..and he moved from there and dug another well, and they did not quarrel over it. So he called its name Rehoboth, because he said, “For now the Lord has made room for us, and we shall be fruitful in the land.” Genesis 26:22
- When rejected, build wells of water, not walls of offense. Many people will only like you when you are like them. Don’t lose water when you lose friends. Your enemies will get thirsty, your well will water them. (Zach.12:10)
- Arguments can dissolve if we give up our rights, pick up our responsibility and safeguard other people’s interests. Contract is protecting my rights, limiting my responsibility, and safeguarding my interests. Covenant is laying down my rights, picking up my responsibility, and safeguarding other person’s interest
- People who walk in favor must avoid fights for fairness. (Matt.18:21-35)Jesus gives a mirror to those without mercy. (John 8:1-11)Jesus is the only one who is does not need to be reminded of his past to be compassionate.

Before I became a follower of Jesus Christ, I was the first in my family and I am the youngest. It was hard but I know God has a promise for me, and now we're complete and now we're all serving the Lord. But now, I feel like I'm backsliding, I don't pray the same way before, I don't read the Word of God the same way before, the excitement and the eagerness and willingness before. I loose my self-control, I sin, I play my role as a leader in my church but honestly, I'm lost. But now, I thank Jesus for this message to go back to Him. To face Him again, because I know how much He miss me. I'm tired being this way, and today, I am free in Jesus' name! Amen. I thank Jesus for Hungry Gen. Glory to God
Praise God that He never stops drawing us to Himself! Imagine your faith as a football. You need to get the ball to the other side and touchdown. But the enemy is in full force trying to stop.. not you but stop that ball from reaching the other side. The other team doesn’t care about you but they’ll attack you to stop that ball. Devil does everything he can to make our faith stop moving and to push us back. Fight the good fight of faith and may God’s Word be alive and active in you saint! Matthew 13:19

Great preach! A bit confused however with references to Scripture with mention of wells that are not in those specific verses. Also why at the beginning of video there is a specific conflict and reference to Ocalan where it looks initially like a Bible verse if you don’t pay further attention. I just find these things a bit strange.
So was the law put away at the cross?
Isaac dig another well, and they did not quarrel over that well. So he named the well....? Why didn't you read out that name Pastor Vlad, any reason?

What's with the musical emphasis while he's speaking? Manipulating a response? God's word should stand alone without trying to pump the people up.
Flesh is sin.
Hmm in a way yes but matter (flesh) matters to God, Jesus came in the flesh and God exists in temples of human flesh. Flesh isn't defined as sin because sinful people through Christ are Saints, but sin nature in our flesh can lead us into more deeds which are outside of Gods will. Key = Stay in the flow of the Spirit.
