I wish they had the different levels like they used to. I feel like even if your someone that goes twice a year it’s a huge commitment to drop the money when your not saving that much.
We’re Florida residents so were going to get passes but not the top tier one. We already have a trip booked for May and Disney said we can roll what we spent on those tickets into our annual passes. Every family member will have their birthday in Disney this year! 🎉🎉
It's expensive to go so we're probably only going once. We were told to look into passes for the discount but I dunno that it would really help us out enough to have it make sense. We have gotten passes for our more local park though! That's always fun!
I’m a cast member and I take my toddler and baby to the parks once a week-a few times a month depending on what we’re doing. Most times we’ll only do a few hours or a half park day because we can’t handle too much more then that. We get in for free since my partner and I are actually both cast members. But I think the annual pass is completely worth it! Especially for people who come to the parks every few months and multiple times a year. The discounts are also so worth it! Love your channel by the way!!! I watch all your videos and you’re content is so helpful! 💓💓💓
I like having an annual pass but can get the same/more discounts being a DVC "blue card" member. Every other year we go twice in 12 months and buy everyone an Annual pass. we get the DVC AP and can only get that discount if your name is on the DVC contract or family living at the same address. So, I actually paid to modify my DVC contract to include my adult children so that they and their family all qualify for the DVC AP. The cost to modify the DVC contract/deed more than paid for itself in one year of DVC APs for the 8 family members.
So maybe not a popular opinion - for us it is. We’re out of state but we come to Disney 3 to 4 times a year. One long trip, and then a few shorter trips when the schedule and airfare is right. So total days we are in parks is about 18-25 out of the year. Also big merch girls over here and we love a discount ❤
For us it is definitely worth it. Our upcoming trip in August is 11 days. We have 2 shorter (7 days) trips in November and June 2024. We are from California. I let my pass go during the pandemic...big mistake. We did 18 days last year.
You didn’t tell that AP get discounts on WDW resorts when they offer the discount for passholders. We’ve been AP’s for over 10 years and didn’t let them go during Covid. Also passholders get to sign up for preview of attractions like they did for Tron just recently.
I'm going in June and thinking of upgrading to the AP. I usually only go once a year, but my daughter is only 18 months, so I'm thinking now may be the time to take advantage of this lol
Although I am excited the annual passes are back, my family won’t be getting them until my son is at least 5 years old. Right now, he can’t handle more than 2 park days in a row. We would have to go to Disney at least 5 times in the next year to make it worth while! Although I wish that would happen, for our family we are a 2 times a year family.
How does it work when you first get the pass ? my boyfriend wants to purchase us annual passes but we are non Florida residents! how do you first get the pass or use it ? Do you need the physical card to enter the park for the first time or can I just link it to my magic band and use that to enter? Sorry for all the questions 😂😂😂 but for us it’s gonna be like $3,000 to get annual passes soooo we really thinking about this😅 thanks!
We have 9 day park hoppers for our trip next month, but realistically probably wouldn't be back this year to make it really worth it. I did consider it though, but flights are too expensive.
I wish they had the different levels like they used to. I feel like even if your someone that goes twice a year it’s a huge commitment to drop the money when your not saving that much.
Yes, we none Florida residents don’t have options at all.

Oh that will be so fun!!

Thank you so much!! We are so excited and hope we can snag our AP's on the 20th.

Oh that’s interesting to know! Thanks for sharing!

Oh yes! For those of us who enjoy shopping probably a little too much it's worth it.

I know a lot of people who wish they hadn't cancelled their passes. So glad they are finally coming back!
I wish I could get one!!!!!!
Also it’s hilarious that someone would consider getting a pass and also hate merch lol
Lol there are unicorns

Also wanted to mention you get free parking as well if you drive to the parks which saves $25 a day!
That helps too if you drive.

Lol take full advantage of her being free if you can! Those 3 years go by so fast.

Wish we out of state folks had more tier options like FL residents do. Would make it attainable for more.

hey Ashley! super random question, do you use your magic band or your apple watch? I think I saw you had an attachment on your watch but wasn’t sure!
I use the puck from a magicband 2 that I have with this attachment for my watch amzn.to/40aIPhk

You really have to visit more than you think you would for it to work out.
Hi , as an annual pass holder do you get resort discounts year around ? Or are the discounts at select times of the year?
They offer resort discounts basically year round though the percentage does vary.
We are planning on getting passes - 3 trips this year makes it worth it
That's awesome! It add so much flexibility too!
If I lived in Florida I would do get the passes lol
Lol oh wouldn't that be nice!!
Is there a way to see how much I spent on my park tickets this past year? I always do the “bundle” with room and tickets.
Sadly I don’t believe there is a breakdown for that in the package invoices. I wish there was!
Thanks! If we typically do 3 park days per visit (no park hopper) do you think I would need to go 4 times a year to pay for it?
In your comparison how many tickets was that for per 5 days?
That was for one person since each would need their own annual pass.
Does the annual pass include tickets for the whole family? Or is it just one person and a guest?
The annual pass is for the one person. Each family member would need their own.
I wish it was worth it but I can barely get my husband to agree to one week a year 😂
Well he sounds like a real Scrooge McDuck lol
Is this 1490 for ONE person?? Or a family of 4???
That is for one person for 365 days with no black out dates.
@@thepixiedustedmom that’s crazy! I’m a Florida resident I see there’s a pixie pass or something. Could you do a video on all the passes in detail ?
For my family it isn’t worth it.
You have to go so much for them to be worth it! Even as much as we went last year it didn't save us near as much as I would have thought.
