MAC's Greensmoke is very similar to that CT shade. It's one of my faves and that color suits you so well!
For a dupe for the eyeshadow maybe try L'oreal Color Riche L'Ombre Mono eyeshadow in 305 Kaki Repstyle.. it's a really nice khaki gold-ish colour.
